Boarding at Rethymno Port
Start your journey at the port of Rethymno, where you’ll present your voucher at the SEAJETS kiosk to receive your ferry tickets and a Santorini tour brochure. Once all set, you’ll get a card with your bus number for easy travel around Santorini.

Arrival in Santorini
Enjoy the scenic 2.5-hour ferry ride from Rethymno to Santorini. Upon arrival, our SEAJETS escorts (easily recognizable in uniform) will be waiting to guide you to the correct buses for your adventure.

First Stop: Oia
Get ready for your first stop in Oia, one of the most iconic villages in Santorini! Depending on the traffic, enjoy 2 hours exploring its famous whitewashed buildings, blue-domed churches, and spectacular views of the Aegean.

Second Stop: Fira
Next, head to Fira, the island’s bustling capital. Along the way, our guide will share fascinating stories about Santorini’s history and geography. Once there, enjoy 1.5 hours wandering through charming cobblestone streets, soaking in the amazing views of the Caldera, and exploring traditional Cycladic houses.

Optional Activities
At Fira, you’ll have two choices:

Visit the Volcano of Santorini (extra charge): Explore the active volcano, swim in the hot springs, and marvel at the unique landscapes!
More free time in Fira: Spend more time at the heart of the island, shopping and enjoying the picturesque surroundings.

Return to Rethymno
After a day filled with adventure, hop back on the ferry for a relaxing ride back to Rethymno, with beautiful views of the Aegean and Cretan Sea to complete your journey.

Santorini’s stunning crescent shape is the result of a massive volcanic eruption that occurred 3,600 years ago, giving rise to the legendary myth of the lost Atlantis. The island’s iconic caldera – a large, rectangular lagoon about 12 by 7 km – was created by this eruption and is surrounded by steep 300-meter cliffs on three sides. The mild volcanic activity that followed has formed two small islands within the caldera, Palea Kameni and Nea Kameni, which are now popular attractions for visitors to the island.

The dramatic caldera dominates the western part of Santorini, while the sunny, dry climate creates a paradise for photography lovers, offering a spectacular variety of natural light and colors throughout the year. Whether you’re capturing the stunning landscapes or soaking in the mesmerizing views, Santorini’s volcanic history provides a unique backdrop for unforgettable memories.
