Looking for an adventure without the marathon hike? Imbros Gorge is the perfect alternative to Samaria—shorter (just 7 km), but just as stunning! Towering cliffs (up to 300m high!), lush landscapes, and rare flora make this trek an unforgettable experience.

Our journey begins with a scenic 90-minute drive through Crete’s breathtaking countryside, bringing us to the charming village of Imbros (800m altitude). From there, it’s time to lace up your hiking boots and follow our expert trekking guide through the gorge, who’ll share fascinating stories and fun facts along the way.

After soaking in the natural beauty, what better way to reward yourself than with a dip in the crystal-clear waters of Frangokastello Beach? We’ll spend two relaxing hours there, so you can swim, sunbathe, or explore the legendary Venetian castle before heading back to your hotel.

Hiking, history, and a beach break—what more could you ask for?
